Establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security. Client, database and PSU installations and upgrades. Controlling access permissions and privileges. Installation and management of Oracle Golden Gate. Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.

ATM&NMS Standards Training , operations, implementation with IP standards and procedures. Handling ATM&NMS Support Operations.
