• Worked as Automation Engineer and Shift In charge at SMS-2 Slab Caster Department JSW Steel Dolvi Works. • Part of commissioning projects such as EMS (Electromagnetic Stirrer) and Slab Grinder. • Implemented Kaizen projects such as “Dummy Bar operation improvement by improving inductive proxy life span”, “Avoiding unplanned delay in Ladle Cover manipulator by addition of SITOP” and “Reducing profinet communication breakdown at caster mold by using profi-hub”.

• Attended training modules on various equipment used in Coal and Ash Handling plants. • At Automation Lab started working with Rockwell Studio 5000 Software to code logic into Allen Bradley PLCs and design HMI for various projects. Also, learnt simulating physical PLCs in Studio 5000 Logix Emulate.

Modelling of Li-ion 2 & 4-Wheeler Battery BMS and Motor Controller Systems. • Worked on Design, Modeling and Testing of various Firmware and Software aspects of Li-ion 2 & 4-Wheeler Battery BMS and Motor Controller Systems. • Simulated Field Oriented Control (FOC) for Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in MATLAB. • Made drivers for OLED display using STM32 and CubeID software.
