Owning commercial debit cards & cobranded credit cards, the role has responsibility of product management activities such as revenue generation, new customer acquisition, campaign setup, customer communication, product feature improvements etc for assigned cards. Analysing competition, optimizing fees & income, budget management, legal compliance & third party agreements are among other responsibilities while working closely with IT, Business Development, Sales teams, third parties, and partners

Reporting to the CAO and supporting the COO, the role has responsibility of assisting on cost management, executive reporting, governance, communication & control across the organization by working with different senior stakeholders. Additionally, I initiated and led a gamification project which aims to ensure continous improvement culture among teams.

The role is affiliated to the agency channel from sales department, has the responsibility of assisting sales team for management, planning, reporting, operational responsibilities, control & risk responsibilities.

Supporting Operational Management team for governance, operational management activities, financial management and other ad hoc COO Office initiatives.
