To make sure that the risk management and internal control systems encompass all policies, processes and procedures implemented by management and/or the Board to provide reasonable assurance that: • Risk exposure is identified and appropriately monitored and managed. • Resources are acquired economically, adequately protected and managed efficiently and effectively in carrying out the company’s operations. • Quality and continuous improvement are fostered in the company’s control process.

Manage all aspects of project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team. • Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes. • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports. • Gathering and understanding the business needs of members within specific projects. • Responsible for effective communication between the team and the customer.

Can clearly articulate why a particular piece of analysis is of importance.

Performing test of computerized controls on various operating systems. (SAP and SUN). • Documenting manual and computerized business process using narratives and Flowcharts. • Creating the file using the applicable master data and tailor the guidance for the applicable laws and regulations of Egypt. Auditing interim and year end work and financial statements. • Testing and evaluating internal control structure.
