Community Solutions Program alumni. The Community Solutions Program is a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and implemented by IREX. Selected among 5400 participants from 83 countries to represent Ukraine. Theme: Environmental Issues

- researched and designed activities that relate to key sustainability themes; - participated in implementation of professional development for teachers and educators; - developed resources for environmental themes in which DIG focuses on.

- Recruited people for the project "Lokalna Międzynarodowość" (950+ participants) - Took care of seminars and workshops of the project "Lokalna Międzynarodowość" (80+ people each) - Co-Organized first forum for migrants - Іmitegration (Recruited 350+ participants; recruited and coordinated 35 volunteers) - Co-Organized international youth exchange "Closing the Gap" (54 participants from Poland, Finland and Portugal) - Organized teambuilding workshops for 12 members of the team

- Created a database of 1600 non-profit organizations that work in the region - Collected data and created weekly newsletters about the work of non-profit organizations

- Handled office tasks and provided support for a team of 6 people - Made travel arrangements (internal and international) - Provided interpreter support for visitors (German language) - Arranged and prepared meetings

- Created and Led 60+ art lessons to reduce the psychological pressure on kids (120+ kids aged 3-17) from IDP's families - Recruited 250+ women from IDP's families for the project - Led the documentation and formed charitable help given to IDP's families (500+ families)

- Organized events for school kids on environmental issues - Created an ecological trail route - Raised 25 000 UAH of financial support for its implementation - Initiated branding process for the city park
