I am responsible for the complete order process from the moment an order comes until the goods will be picked up by the freight forwarder. This involves contract review, export financing (Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee), time management, negotiating with freight forwarders. When I see that an administration process is not working efficiently I can change it accordingly. This job also involves close cooperation with our product managers who are responsible for the technical side of an order.

Import and export order processing, choosing freight forwarders for various transports, customs checks, goods-in checks, checking of freight forwarder invoices.

Order processing including order confirmations, create purchase orders for external suppliers, create delivery notes and invoices, coordination of project orders
