(LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, X-Ray search and other job boards) - Having pre-screening interviews with pre-selected candidates, scheduling interviews with the business and making verbal offers to candidates.

- Execute standardised and scheduled processes to deliver HR data administration services in a consistent and efficient way. (ServiceNow) - Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. - Adopt a customer-centric attitude to delivering HR services in line with internal procedures. - Demonstrate a functioning knowledge of local HR policies and processes to effectively respond to customer queries. - Own and manage any changes to process documentation.
