- Literature research - Patterning of flexible polymer substrates - To develop and optimize novel techniques for flexible polymer foil on wafer systems. In order to with stand the various lithography processes. - To increase the processing temperatures of foil on wafer systems. - Documentation and presenting the work to external project partners.

The aim of this project was to deposit ferromagnetic Co/Pd multilayer thin films of different thicknesses onto antiferromagnetic cobalt oxide particle arrays and to determine its dependence on the exchange bias effect. Tasks: •Deposition of thin films by magnetron sputter deposition and molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) •To analyze the magnetic properties of the nanoparticle/thin film by (SQUID),(MOKE) and by MFM. •To analyze the morphology of samples using tools such as SEM and AFM
