• Assess work procedure & controls to be implemented by all business units to identify any operational risk related issues. • Conduct with the various business areas, business impact analysis & risk assessment workshops periodically for all AB business units within Qatar. • Ensure that all departments & branches develop and maintain their business continuity plans. • Plan and coordinate with premises the implementation of emergency evacuation plan for all AB premises’ owned or rented.
