• Using Cadence Virtuoso design tool a Voltage Comparator was designed. • Input offset voltage in the range of micro volts and is successfully achieved by performing auto-zeroing technique • Analog IC design in schematic level, performance analysis and verification using test-bench. • Monte-Carlo simulation, Corner Analysis, Effects of Temperature, Supply voltage and Common-mode voltage was performed.

Analog design of VCO and LVDS • Analog and digital circuits were designed in 180nm CMOS technology in Cadence Virtuoso tool. • Analog IC design in schematic level, performance analysis and verification using test-bench. • Monte-Carlo simulation, Transient, AC, DC and Parametric analysis was performed to know the circuit behavior.

• Worked on the Block level, Top level, and Analog layout design projects • Hands-on experience in Standard Cell Layout designs and post-layout evaluation DRC and LVS. • Knowledge of Finfet layouts, Double patterning concept, Knowledge of EM, IR and Antenna Effect.• Hands-on experience in Performing sanity check, Design import, Floor Plan, Power Plan, Placement, Trail Route, Power Analysis, RC Extract, Timing analysis, Optimization, CTS, Detail Routing, Adding Filler Cells
