• As-is process documentation, requirement gathering for employee central and LMS. • Worked with data models configuration, worked with RBP, API and connectors in success factors. • Configured corporate data model and country specific corporate data model, identify and adding picklist to the foundation objects(FO). • Configured succession data model, upload picklist, setting up the prorogation matrix and adding into propagation XML.

• Maintaining relationship between various objects • Uploading new organization units, jobs and positions in existing org chart • Configured new PA, PSA and assigned the grouping in Time and Payroll • Configured new Holidays, Absences, Attendance and their respective quotas • Resolving various payroll issues and posting issues.

• Responsible for supporting the HR team in a fast-paced office environment, and assisting them with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department. • Building productive, collaborative relationships with employees, and HR business partners. • Assisting with employee relations. • Reviewing resumes and applications sent in by job applicants.
