• Responsible for the project management, RFQ feasibility study, prototypes development and validation (Testing) for Airbag and steering wheel • Acted as a Project Team Leader for the customer project • Working with international internal and external partners, Cross functional team for completing all stages of product life cycle and as a Customer and management front face for the project updates

• Working for Chassis weight calculations using tool • Truck chassis customer drawings Using AutoCAD tool

• Responsible for coordination for design, development, prototype building and validation testing of steering wheel and its sub components • Working with Cross functional team for all development phases of product, APQP and PPAP documentation. • Responsible for maintaining End of vehicle life for products.

• Designing the Fuel supply module (Plastic parts) using UniGraphics-NX4 tool • Dealing with customers for design related issues of the product • Participated for the Samples/ prototype development and validation of product

• Handled clutch assembly line in production department • Working as a Lead of 13 associates of assembly line for day to day production activities and also assuring the product quality
