Leading Allianz Technology Hungary (Hungarian Branch) including more than 300 proud employees. My goal is to grow the branch through our services and as a nearshoring center in a sustainable way; making the company a choice for our customers and colleagues.

Leading and managing the Central and Eastern European development organization including more than 80 people who are Business Intelligence and Big Data Experts, Business Analysts, Team Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Project Management Officers to fulfill the requirements in the BI and Big Data (risk and catastrophe management, fraud fighting) area from Allianz Global, Allianz Technology Germany and Allianz Operational Entities.

Line and Functional Management of more than 20 people (in two teams) including roles Team Leaders, Domain Architects, Solution Architects, Solution Integrators, and Network Engineers to develop a worldwide used cloud based virtualized secure access gateway solution.

Leading the Application and Infrastructure Operations Team (more than 10 people including roles Solutions Architects, Operations Engineers, Support Engineers). My work – in addition to the team leader role – covered the daily operation and maintenance of Ericsson’s global remote support network (Customer Access and Security – CAS).

Technical leading the IT System Operator and Controller Department which was the central element of the company with profile outsourcing IT.

Organizing and implementing of the high availability IT infrastructures (HA with Hyper-V, VMware vSphere) at our customers (more than 10). Organize the daily routine of the IT Infrastructure Team and their tasks. Lead a European Union software development project (EKOP).

Teaching basic IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, safe using of the internet) and basic programming algorithms to my students.

Operating the central systems and entire network infrastructure of Kecskemet College (now its name is John Neumann University).
