Immersed in the AyurMarmaYoga wellness method learning & practices from age 5 to 17 as part of my family lineage preservation & At 18, I transitioned from village life to Mysuru city. Committed to both scholarship & practice, I pursued a full-time BAMS (Bachelor degree in Ayurveda) in Government Ayurveda Medical College by day (9 AM - 4 PM), & AyurMarmaYoga assistant to senior Ayurveda physician by evening (5 PM - 9 PM) maintaining this intensive dual path continuously for 66 months until 24, & continuing .

I have learned ayurveda Panchakarma Massage Procedures during my 15-17th age & At 18, I transitioned from village traditions to Mysuru, India's global hub for traditional wellness. Clinical Leadership in a Global Health Crisis as Chief Medical Officer at Vivekananda Arogyadhama (20-bed AYUSH hospital) of SnehaKunja Trust during Feb 2021–May 2023. Led clinical operations during COVID-19, integrating traditional Ayurveda, Marma, and Antaranga Yoga with evidence-informed care. Deepened expertise in non-invasive neuro-wellness, lifestyle-based recovery, and integrative health care with MarmaNrayn• AyurMarmaYoga wellness Method.

RMO (Ayurveda), Vivekananda Memorial Hospital of SVYM. Delivered recuperative patient care, holistic health assessments, follow-ups in a multidisciplinary setting; taught Ayurveda certificate courses affiliated with The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences (TDU). Mentored international interns. Parallel focus on AyurMarmaYoga professional Development & research (Yoga Instructor Course from S-VYASA Yoga University, CCPT, NPTEL certification) & PhD coursework completed (University of Mysore).

As a resident facilitator in the Russian Federation, I have operated with an official work permit to introduce traditional Indian wellness culture to Eastern Europe. Cultural Knowledge Exchange: Delivered demonstrations of traditional non-invasive marma awareness based wellness procedures. Specialized Care: Provided authentic Indian beauty and self-care education.

200 hours/one month , Fulltime Certificate in Yoga & Mental Health by Department of Integrative Medicine, NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience), Bengaluru, India. Completed specialized training in evidence-based Yoga applications for mental health and integrative care. Gained practical skills in using Yoga as a complementary health tool within mental well-being and neurosciences, enhancing holistic approaches to well-being, stress management, & mental health support.

250hours / One month Fulltime hands-on post graduate training in Ayurveda Panchakarma speciality care & Indian Traditional Massage Therapy conducted by CISSRA (Centre for International Studies, Skill Development and Research in Ayurveda) of SDM College of Ayurveda, Hassan, India. Trained in classical Ayurvedic detoxification protocols with hands-on experience in Abhyanga Massage Therapy. Developed strong wellness skills with emphasis on safety, hygiene, & precision, supporting integrative Care.

Completed advanced certified 105 hours of Hands-on training in Soundarya Ayurveda (Ayurvedic Cosmetology & Indian Aesthetics). Developed specialized expertise in Ayurvedic approaches to skin health, hair care, natural beauty enhancement, herbal formulations, and holistic aesthetic therapies. Strengthens capabilities in evidence-based integrative wellness, preventive beauty care, and rejuvenation practices within modern holistic and indian aesthetic health settings.

Completed intensive hands-on training in authentic Ayurvedic beauty care regimens from National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur, India (Deemed to be University under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India). Acquired practical skills in using Indian herbs, formulations, and traditional procedures for skin health, hair care, natural rejuvenation, and holistic aesthetic therapies. Strengthens expertise in evidence-based Ayurvedic approaches to cosmetology and wellness.

Completed specialized training in Ayurvedic principles of nutrition and dietetics. Gained practical knowledge in Ayurvedic dietary concepts, food classification, personalized diet planning based on Prakriti, seasonal and therapeutic nutrition, and integrative approaches for health maintenance and disease management. Enhances expertise in holistic wellness, preventive healthcare, and complementary Ayurvedic nutrition strategies.

Completed CCPT (Certificate Course in Panchakarma Therapy) from Kerala, with focused training in classical Ayurvedic detoxification protocols, Massage procedures, and patient care. Gained hands-on experience in key therapies including Abhyanga, Basti, and Nasya, with emphasis on safety, hygiene, and therapeutic precision. Strengthened practical skills in integrative wellness, supporting personalized, evidence-informed Ayurvedic practice.

Completed PhD coursework at the University of Mysore, School of Foreign Languages (SOFL), along with participation in a National Workshop on Multidisciplinary Research. This rigorous academic training strengthened my expertise in foreign language pedagogy, cross-cultural communication, & advanced research methodologies in literature. Developed strong intercultural competence, enabling effective engagement in global academic, & professional communication environments.

Completed a one academic year Pre-Medical Preparatory Course at the Faculty of Pre-University Training, Voronezh State Medical University n.a. N.N. Burdenko (Russian Federation), earning a formal Pre-Medical Certification in Russian Language and Foundational Medical Sciences to support my global academic integration.

Completed BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from Government Ayurveda Medical College, Mysuru, India affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). Graduation in Ayurveda is 5.5 years duration, (66 months fulltime ayurveda study including One year Internship in various departments of government hospitals) is the premier medical qualification for Ayurvedic physicians in India, integrating traditional wisdom with the medical science domain.

From the age of 5, I was immersed in a multi-generational Marma-Vaidya tradition passed down from my grandparents . So, naturally I developed deep experiential mastery of the body's vital points — the foundation of AyurMarmaYoga. Alongside formal government schooling, my days began with Vedamantra training & evenings with AyurMarmaYoga immersion. This parallel path in sound, rhythm, breath, and contemplative awareness ignited a lifelong passion for awareness centred health & holistic wellness.
