• Planned and implemented a hydro-pneumatic press to perform the gimping process • Replaced a conventional eccentric drive to increase productivity and cost saving • Designed machine body and elements using AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER • Organised process plans for Fabrication and quality control of proposed machine elements • Performance test of the installed machine • Involved in successful installation of hydro pneumatic machine that resulted in cost savings worth 1.2 million Rupees

• Designed and developed Automotive plastic components, prototype testing • Managed preparation and handling raw materials for injection moulding machines • Planned and implemented a machine for embossing injection moulded parts • Designed machine body and elements using AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER • Co-ordinated in fabrication of machine elements and installation
