-Monitoring, reporting and forecasting project cost & Revenue trends on monthly basis. - Control and revise Sub-Contractors' invoices, purchasing orders, petty cash, material inventory and manpower against the Budgeted quantities and approved budgeted unit rates. -report on a monthly basis to determine the loss and the profit of each package. - Makes internal reports for the Head Office as daily and monthly internal reports. -Responsible for doing delay analysis if the project requires any.

• Review and co-ordinate technical aspects of construction. • Organizing and supervising materials and people. • Responsible for security and safety. • Follow up the approvals on the supplied materials to the site.
