• Managed the e-Channels and its business departments projects on the e-Channels (Internet, ATM, Call Center, IVR, SMS…). • Managed and delivered the eBusiness program: Retail e-Banking, e-Corporate, e-Trading, eMutual Funds, ePayments, eNotification, Corporate Portal … • Managed the Bank Performance (KPI) Intranet Sites program. • Managed the IPO projects for Al-Rajhi as a receiving Bank. • Key participant in the ITIL/PMP/SDLC program • Part of the CRM, Performance and Planning Management team

• Designing, preparing and finalizing the PMO processes and procedures for Riyadh Bank in KSA. • Led the team conducting BPR (Business Process Reengineering) of banking operations for the Investments, Treasury and Int’l Brokerage for Al-Rajhi bank in Saudi Arabia (KSA). • Launched the first eBrokerage Internet Trading in Saudi Arabia for international trading in US markets and designed its Islamic side for National Commercial Bank, which is a major bank in KSA
