• Due to implementing a new filling material there was an urgent need to adjust the standards in order to prevent 100% of the nearest batch from being defective. Therefore, I have conducted a series of tests, selected new conditions for working with a new supplier's product and prevented possible risks (e.g., filler clumping). • Systemized the product segment (outdoor) development standards and unify it for two teams so that improved not only internal data exchange between teams but led for better standards

• Implemented an inspection phase that reduced quality issues in early development by 30%. • Proactive risk management by providing technical solutions through analysis of designs. Reduced the amount of defects in mass production by 10% within one year • Lead fitting sessions and make processing and cutting decisions in the representative office, saving time for decision making at headquarters. • Modified samples at the supplier for collections with short production cycles, saving development time by 20%.
