- Supervision of Inbound process with focus on immigration - Coordination and delegation of relocation steps in colaboration with partners on-site - Responsible person for expatriates and authorities nationwide in organisation the required steps - Follow up of Inbound cases in on-going basis

- Immigration Inbound as an account manager - First contact for expatriates, HR´s and authorities worldwide - Legal advising in immigration law - Providing of services in frames of relocation packages (visas, work-/residence permits, registration of residence, child benefits, drivers licenses)

- Recruitment: sourcing of candidates, pre-screening interviews, recruitment administration - On-/Outboarding, compliance of documentation in consideration of branche requirements - Record keeping in MS Navision maintaining database, digital archive, personal files due to requirements of local law; statistics, overviews, presentations - Provide advice and guidance on all issues relating to employment relationship - Support of organisation of workshops

- HR Operations for >500 employees - HR processes as hiring, transfers, change in pay, terminations, etc. - Maintaining local HR Database and personal files in complying with the requirements of local law and branche specification - Labor contracts management (inc. bilingual contracts) - Expatriate-Management for foreign employees (visas, work/residence permits, legal formalities) - Talent acquisition, job descriptions, interacting with extern recruitment agencies and media
