It communicates with physical devices with the database wrapped with the web-services that do all the work based on order parameter and items with their properties that were requested. Customer self administration system. System supports more than 20 possible account operations, such as creating new contract, changing tariff and tariff options, managing contact data and so on. Uses a lot of external web services o get processing data. Stores information in own database and then sends it to the external centralized customer management system. Online risk management system that checks customer purchases. System processes customer requests and decides whether customer could buy something or not. A calculation is based on more than 50 customer parameters and uses external Decision Engine software. Beside this internal embedded test platform allows to test decision rules with productive data and find leaks. I was responsible for the system's testing framework. System receives requests from doctors; creates work orders; makes analyses on real instrument (with quality assurance) and print reports.
