Capacity/Allocation coordinator - In cooperation with customer service and sales teams from 5 Russia cluster countries (Russia, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) ensuring the best paying cargo gets on board; follow up on pricing policy per trades - Negotiations of vessels allocation increase for the Russia cluster cargo; coordination of accommodating additional volumes with North Europe operations center

- Processing of export bookings; - Coordination of smooth import flow with one of the automotive giants which relied on Maersk Line in it's auto parts supply chain (SKD and CKD), coordination of proper loading of shipment lots with vessel operation desks in European transshipment ports (Bremerhaven/Rotterdam). - negotiations with the Customers - Invoicing and past dues handling

- Frontdesk document processing for import cargo customs clearance and further cargo release to the Customer - Claims handling - Customers' invoicing; statement and past dues handling (freight, demurrage, detention) - Coordination of inland cargo delivery (truck/rail) with Maersk port forwarding and dispatch teams
