Natalia Wolińska

I graduated from psychology at Adam Mickiewicz's University in Poznan. As part of my studies, I pursued Clinical and Work and Organization specialization. I am currently studying management at the Master's degree, with a specialization in Junior Project Management. I started my adventure with recruitment in 2021 as a junior recruitment specialist at AVIVA (now Allianz) insurance company. Then, I became interested in recruiting in the IT industry. Since April 2022, I have been working as an IT Recruiter at a recruitment agency. I deal with both projects for the Polish and German market (recruitment projects involving finding a candidate inside Germany and those with relocation from other country).
