I am the Recruitment Manager for easyjets international Pilot and Cabin Crew community. Supported by a team of recruiters, on-boarders and administrators we deliver Cabin Crew and Pilots across the business all over the world. I am resposnible for the full recrutiment lifecycle from attraction, assessment, selection and on-boarding to Airport standards. This model is extremely high volume and to be able to support Europe's leading airline operating 600 routes
*Responsible for supporting the Business and Senior Stakeholders with end to end delivery across their client area. *Resourcing service for Senior Placements through a broad range of networking and head hunting * Working closely with HR Business partners to identify recruitment needs and potential internal talent * Creating a strategic roadmap for the short, medium and long term recruitment goals for HRG * Executing Criterion psychometric, numerical and verbal testing to broad banded employees
