As the Hotel Manager of the number 1 boutique hotel in Santiago, I ensure that every department in this hotel is operating at 100% efficiency and am always on the look out for better products and ideas to push our employees to greater heights. This in turn enables them to give the utmost service one can possible imagine to our very special and exclusive guests who stay with us.

Front Desk Agent - As we are a privately owned boutique hotel with only 15 rooms, a Front Desk Agent is a personal assistant to the guests that stay with us. We check them in, organize their tours and everything else they need.

I handmake and provide homemade Malaysian curry puffs to mainly the expat community in Santiago, Chile for parties and events.

Providing service and then surprising customers with a little bit more. Lead a team of cabin crew inflight, ranging from a team of 8 in Economy Class, 4 in Business Class and 2 in First Class. To provide service, train new cabin crew to apply training to hands on, attending to medical emergencies inflight.
