Aiming to identify the attributes which make an employer attractive, to develop an employer value proposition and to identify the by the target group favoured communication channels. - Used a holistic research approach by conducting four surveys (potential and current employees) and five interviews (internal management and external experts)

Tasks included: - Organization of a charity gala collecting €2,700 - Created targeted social media content and designed posters and flyers for events - Established brand awareness and continuously tracked and optimized numbers of likes, reach, and profile views - Promoted and planned projects and events and was responsible for networking - Recruitment of new active members
