After three years as a product development assistant, I have been constantly growing as a professional and proving myself capable of gaining more responsibilities. Now, two years later, I am responsible for all kids apparel's products approval and have been working closely with all traditional licensees from product development guidance through accompanying its sales results. With those accomplishments, the HR team identified that a Jr. Designer position is more suitable for me than an Assistant position.

Continued working with product licensing in the Fashion And Home Category. However, now I am responsible for the most part of licensee's product approval, maintaining SKU control, analyze SKU’s growth, doing retail check, trend hunt, making fashion mood boards, licensee’s meeting projects on demand and special projects. Our goal is to guide the licensee on how to improve their design and insert at the point of sale the right product, in the right target and with the right price.

I work with product licensing in the Fashion And Home Category assisting an apparel designer with licensee's product approval, providing approval's system trainings and how to download images from on-line style guides, organizing fashion's samples, presenting projects to clients and solving any possible questions or problems our licensees have had with our system.

I provide assistance in person, operate telephones, and carry out PROUNI's (University For All Program) interview and preparation of documents. The team is composed of 18 attendants and has a focus on solving the students’ problems. Our high standards aim at providing a complete service the first time around, so that the students don't have to go there several times, whilst receiving an excellent support system.
