Maintenance, configuration, and testing of the platform hardware and software. Execution of major upgrades, optimizations, and integration with external applications.

Deployment and support of Value Added Services platforms based on Intelligent Network architecture provided to main Colombian Carriers. Projects: Mobile office VPN centrex (Claro Colombia), IN Freephone (ETB), AAA platform (Azteca comunicaciones Colombia), AAA platform (Telefónica Colombia)

Responsible for setting up new interconnections between different VoIP and SMS carriers. Customer Support and troubleshooting of technical issues or quality problems on VoIP and SMS services. Daily monitoring of network security vulnerabilities and equipment failures
