As a Team Lead of an AGILE team distributed across Cary, NC and Buenos Aires, Argentina: 1) Planned, prototyped, and adopted a custom solution for syncing between a hybrid iOS application, a RESTful webservice provider, and SQL server databases to provide offline support for a LOB-specific application

1) Wrote client application and deployed to Apple AppStore and Android Market company's first mobile offering using a new cross-platform, HTML5 solution; 2) Added several new customer tasks to an automated workflow efficiency engine used by all of CareAnyware's customers

Member of the customer-facing front-line HelpDesk team responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with CareAnyware's SAAS platform. 1) Wrote a reporting system that allowed the HelpDesk manager to track performance at the team and individual levels; 2) Answered questions over the phone when customers had inquiries about the software; 3) Created new and better FAQ documentation for software installation which reduced the time that Support Representatives spent fielding common questions
