PMO Mexico, Central America & Caribbean General control and administration of costs and resources appointed for the Project & Development Services department. Presentation of proposals, contractual follow up and negotiation with clients. General cost control: analysis, forecast and management of budget, revenue and expenses. Global reporting to USA regarding status and revenues of projects and general EBITDA of the area. Detection of contingencies and application of preventive measures.

Support in the management of the construction of a 25 stories residential building. Cost control (programmed versus real) through WBS. Program tracking and progress simulation of the project with the help of BIM software. Follow up of the cash flow for the project (planned vs real). Elaboration of reports for the general management.

Collaboration with the architectural and landscape design in different projects (private living, hotels, public buildings, gardens and public and private squares) across Mexico. Elaboration of pre-project plans, executive project, presentation boards, budgets and bills of quantities and materials. Member of the team in charge of the elaboration of the “Public Space Intervention Manual” for the government of Mexico City. General criteria, urban image and landscape elements.
