Diligent is a leader in delivering a centralized suite of secure digital tools that help governance leaders ask better questions, gain deeper insight and add value across the full scope of governance responsibilities. Diligent needed to integrate various solutions that supported their core offerings. This role involved technical and non-technical aspects, including: collecting requirements, understanding existing processes, documentation, writing technical design documents and proposals.

The client needed to integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance to support their future growth. The University of Auckland outgrew their storage solution and needed to migrate to a new scalable, maintainable and sustainable storage solution. IBM Spectrum Scale was chosen due to its ability to scale beyond an Exabyte, reliability, support and tired storage solution which allowed the university to reduce the cost of their storage. I was tasked with migrating data to the new system and creating storage policies to reduce the over cost of storage.

I was working as a software developer on-site for multiple clients. I was response for writing C# applications, refactoring, and DevOps pipeline development. Achievements: • Designed and built an Azure Cloud storage system to support 1,700 real estate agents. • Upstream provider integrations to allow copper phone migration to fiber. • Building CI/CD pipelines for customers Microsoft Azure, DotNet Core, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps, Geospatial, Microsoft SQL server.
