• Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Operation of Coal-fired Power Plant. • Design of Mechanical Drawings, Piping layout, and P&ID diagram for the project. • Preparation, Analyzation and forecasting for an annual budget of the Project. • Planning for maintenance and planned shutdowns, schedule making, and inventory control and issuance. • Project Planning and Budget forecasting. • Managed and Organized the activities of all field maintenance along with rotary mechanical equipment.

• Coordination with Maintenance, Reliability, Project, Process, and Material Procurement team for spare parts arrangements . • Ensure the smooth operation of the plant and control the production. • Working on preparation and completion of Bill of Material and Bill Quantity (BOM/BOQ) for the plant and Project. • Performed activities as per Inspection Test Plan and Method of Statement • Installation of Power Plant, Piping and equipment according to the Isometric and P&ID diagram.

• Monitor the Operation of Cement Mill, Kilin, and Grinding Mill. • Maintenance of plant during Operation and shut down of the plant and coordination with the management. • Inspection of Rotary Parts like Gear box, bearing, Belts, and Roller on Regular basis. • Grinding Roller All Segments, Studs, Clamps, and Bolts. • Replacement of grinding Bearings (Taper and Cylindrical roller). • Fabrication and Installation of 130-meter height Pre-heater of capacity (7500 tons per day) in Lucky cement plant.
