Quality Management Projects as external service provider on behalf of diverse automotive manufacturers at suppliers manufacturing locations european wide. Complete leading of the projects including: - Personnel hiring and planning - Commercial items: Issuing of offers, cost estimations and invoices. - Techincal items: preparation of technical documentation, work instructions, reports and statistical analysis. Performing of PCPA, Process Control Plan Audits, at the GM-Opel Suppliers.

• Complete sampling activity, (measurements, physical and mechanical tests, documentation) • Programming of the CMM and responsible for control and calibration of the measurement devices. • Conduct and document internal audits and other quality assurance activities • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
