Clearsprings provides housing management services for various groups of underprivileged people across England and Wales. I overhauled, designed, developed and delivered entire in-house staff training package. Coordination management of all external straff training. Researched, designed and implemented complete personal development programmes for all employees. Provided coaching to managers and staff at various levels.

Providing training needs analysis, design and development of learning solutions in line with contractual, statutory and strategic business objectives for company with over 1700 employees. I worked with the training consultancy service team that was as externally based at BAE Systems plc in Rochester.

Coaching and training unemployed vulnerable adults with drug/alcoholo abuse issues towards gaining employment. Developing self-esteem and motivation in order to achieve both personal and professional goals in life.
