My main responsibility areas in the company consist of managing and maintaining customer relations, receiving purchase orders and coordinating with the related departments, preparing and keeping track of sales-related financial documents including invoices. My job also includes providing needed inputs to the strategic plans and reviews about customer service information and recommendations.

Modiva Project Agency helps develop projects and also outsource processes for its customers to deliver solutions to the needs of their business. Foreign trade and market research are my main responsibility areas. I am responsible for carrying out procedures involved in importing goods, including preparing necessary certi?cate applications.

Fluid Operations, a start-up company based in Germany, provides solutions to cloud computing challenges and ERP software provisioning. My responsibilities included periodic product comparison, follow-up on competitor products, keeping CRM data up-to-date and CRM software management, updating firm’s website, weekly GoogleAnalytics reports and event management.
