My mission inludes whole process from taking order to the shipment.Follow up the production, solving problems and also to follow up clients accounts.Meet with customers and trying to answer their requests.

Selling metal ceilings and its profiles.Preparing RFQs, organize the transport.follow up the production.If it is export ;I prepare the documents to give the customs..Following up the payment and bargaining.Customer relations also was part of my job.

Organize the period from taking orders to exportation.Planning orders acoording to suitable shipment time. Planning raw material need and follow up their lead time. Follow up production period and to solve the problems that are met. Control all the products as a customer and prepare the exportation details. Choose the best forwarder by considering costs and communicate.Other customer services
