Managing a Scrum team developing and maintaining an eCommerce web portal, including monitoring and and optimizing defined KPIs. Collecting and defining requirements for new services and collaborating with vendors to develop and deploy proofs of concept based on these requirements.

I managed end-to-end delivery of mobile devices (including smartphones, tablets, WiFi hotspots, wireless routers) in Vodafone's device portfolio. This included delivery of the first LTE capable devices for Vodafone, from the initial concept (including requirements specification, vendor selection, development and interoperability testing) to commercial launch. I worked with OEMs like Samsung, LG, Sony, ASUS and Huawei.

Aligning mobile phone OEM product roadmaps with Vodafone’s service requirements, as well as requirements for baseband and application processors with hardware vendors (like Qualcomm, Intel, Ericsson, Nokia, Icera) and software requirements with mobile platform and mobile application vendors (like Microsoft, Symbian, Opera, LiMo Foundation).

Designing and developing UI for mobile applications (such as JavaScript/CSS capable mobile web browser, e-mail and MMS clients), as well as porting them to different mobile platforms, using C/C++, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and PHP.

Developing firmware and UI for embedded devices used to control industrial processes, using mostly C/C++ and assembly.
