- Leading of production team with logistic, process engineers, industrial supervisor and production team - Implementation of quality control measures and reducing product defects to reach customer ppm requests - Collaboration with development engineers to implement cost down projects - Leading center of competence for gears and shaft and development of vibration control system in grinding operations

- Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes - Driving root cause analysis and implementation corrective actions - Leading cost improvement initiatives to reduce costs in operations, toolings and capex
