Responsible for complete After Sales business in Serbia and Montenegro. Making sure that turnover and service quality is permanently increasing by developing of bus network, managing active marketing activities and targeting high customer satisfaction. In charge of leading, motivating and coaching of employees. As substitution of Managing Director directly involved for bus sales business.

Responsible for complete Service business on wholesale level for Serbia and Montenegro market. Developing of After Sales MB dealer Network regarding service tasks. Ensuring qualitative partner support for keeping high customer satisfaction.

In charge for administration of warranty/ goodwill claims and queries and for organizing factory Recalls to endcustomers. Additional task in position of service advisor for VIP (Embassies) customers.

Core task on wholesale level was administrating warranty/ goodwill claims. Arranging literature, workshop equipment & special tools for authorized partners. Solving customer complains in close connection with technical product care. On Retail level I worked in position service advisor with end customers.

Responsible for workshop management with technical support and training from Subaru-Wien (Austria). Also in charge for spare parts ordering, disposition, customizing and selling to end customer.
