At Edeltraud I assisted with marketing activities and performed classic office work including social media handling and promotional activities, Customer consultation and handling of complaints and enquiries. I carried out a range of administrative duties, including record maintenance, student enrolment, invoice generation and also assisted with the organization of events whenever required.

I have worked as an Assistant Professor in a dental college for two years. I was a part of dental team providing all-round professional dental services to inbound patients. I was also the incharge of maintaining overall inventory management of medicines, equipments, etc. I developed pricing strategies for various services and aimed at increasing the month-on-month revenue realization. Also, I managed the training activities for the development initiatives of the hospital staff.

I worked as a junior resident in a dental clinic where I created promotional material (health tips, SMS alerts, etc.) to increase customer retention and for acquiring new customers. Along with it I underwent practical training related to all the routinely performed dental procedures.
