I have extensive experience in the provision of high value professional services to clients ranging from owner managed businesses to AIM listed companies and possess the drive, motivation and technical expertise required to provide an outstanding level of client service and satisfaction.

Responsible for the provision of professional services to listed and privately owned companies reporting directly to the board of directors or proprietors on the performance and profitability of the company making recommendations for improvements in both financial and management information systems resulting from our audit work or systems review work.

Responsibile for audit compliance generally, carrying out hot and cold file reviews ensuring compliance with the firms audit procedures and auditing standards, as well as reviewing any contentious issues and technical matters to ensure accounts comply with the requirements of the Companies Act, the Stock Exchange AIM listing regulations and Financial Reporting Standards.

Appointed RI to manage a large client portfolio of both audit and audit exempt companies, partnerships and sole traders, with full responsibility for all aspects of that portfolio.
