Responsible for overall SQA Processes and System testing activities: • Managing testing teams situated in Macedonia and Israel • Responsibility for team members (skill-set, efficiency, effectiveness, quality, performance evaluation) • Adopt and implement new testing tools and methods • Producing test documents according to expected regulatory standards (FDA and CE) • Support for post-release phase (customer complaints analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action implementation)
