• Synthesized peptides using SPPS, purified the peptide by RP-HPLC, and characterized pure peptide using LC-MS. • Determined intrachain loop formation rate constant of synthesized peptide to find kinetic signature resolving fundamental stages in protein folding or unfolding.

• Investigated drug-metal complexation influence on protein binding and pharmacokinetic profile of drugs. • Formulation and development of pharmaceutical dosage forms primarily for transdermal delivery of drugs.
