Nicholas Sigalas

At F. Miller Construction Nicholas works on change orders, submittals, estimating, takeoffs, site inspection, safety, and business development.

At Collins Engineers Nicholas used non-destructive testing with a D-meter to gather data in chemical plants, made field measurements, and used Auto Cad to create excavation, evacuation, drainage and other drawings. Other responsibilities included creating 3d models, interacting with contractors, value engineering projects, and creating presentations.

While working at Misener Marine Nicholas checked inventory and material at project locations, interacted with subcontractors and vendors, prepared daily safety meetings, took daily site walks for safety and housekeeping, and prepared pile driving logs. Nicholas also assisted with estimates by doing take offs on sheet piles, concrete, timber piles, concrete, rebar, and other construction materials. Other responsibilities included entering data into Spitfire and going to pre-bid conferences.
