I am HR Senior Recruitment Advisor for Nuance EMEA region. I play a vital role in developing, driving and executing region's talent acquisition strategies designed to attract and hire high quality candidates in the competitive speech and imaging labor markets. I am responsible for all hiring in this region ( G&A, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, R&D ect) including onboarding and orientation.

Working with the Global International Accounts division within Tangent International. This division specialises in ICT contract recruitment and delivers into Clients covering over 90 countries. I am Customer Relationship /Account Manager focusing on the relationships with our clients as well as service delivery / direct sourcing / talent acquisition / contract negotiation /delivery team management / KPI monitoring / bid preperation.

AS Customer Relationship Management. I worked on a RPO Client Site focusing on Client Engagement / Service Delivery / Direct Sourcing / Talent Aquisition / Resource Management / Agency Management/ Recruitment strategies . I also set up and delivered - Client Manager Roadshows across the Clients UK sites / Engagement plans for my Account Managers / Contractor Surgeries across the UK / News Letters / Client survey / SWOT Analysis /MI & KPI Reporting / Presentations.
