Nickolay Panasyuk

As a member of the Customer Success Team I was responsible for running new Go live projects, monitoring cloud applications, troubleshooting and API configuration.

I started to work as a System Analyst on one of the critical projects of the department and since 1 year 7 months was promoted to the Team Lead position. During my working time I was involved as a solution architect on the project I work to migrate it to microservices. Apart from this since 2023 partly was involved in the project Moshelper, more than 500000 users on the Google Play Store.

As a part of the analytics team I was responsible for reseach and design integration solutions, performing business requirements into technical tasks with UI/UX mockups for desktop and mobile applications.

I was involved in the Finance CRM project to develop Frontend part using Javascript and SQL technologies and support a documentation to the project.

Along with the technical support team I was responsible for the monitoring support box, helped to troubleshoot SLA issues with orders, payments and configuring domains as well as SSL certificates.
