- Support project manager and takeover the sub-project management of area-wide optimization projects (Value Stream Mapping, reduction of waste, One Piece Flow, Continuous Improvement Projects) - Develop and implement global Festo KPI’s to ensure implementation and stabilization of process improvements and derive optimization opportunities - Quality Assurance (Receiving Inspection, Stock verification/adjustments, Concession) - Quality Reporting (ppm, defects, customer complaints)

• Participation in area-wide optimization projects (Kaizen, 6S, PDCA) • Support in the implementation and stabilization of process improvements • Support in the definition, implementation and measurement of quality KPIs (e.g. ppm) • Development and implementation of the quality management system for ISO 9001 /14001
