In my role as a senior technician, I have taken on expanded responsibilities, including the management and execution of projects for both internal and external customers. In addition to my technical work as a data center technician, I also act as a mentor and role model within the team. I offer guidance and support when issues arise, help create a collaborative work environment, and encourage colleagues to develop the confidence and skills to tackle challenges independently.

In my current role as a Data Center Technician at Equinix, I am responsible for maintaining the optimal performance and reliability of customer equipment within our data center. A key part of my work includes repairing servers, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring the highest possible availability of customer infrastructure. I also handle incidents involving defective network devices and manage the installation of connections between customers and service providers.

Responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of telecommunication lines (fiber optics, DSL) and associated hardware (routers, modems) for ISP Vodafone.
