At TRG Wind, I am in charge of the personnel coordination for our projects, as well as sourcing and bringing in new talent in to our company. We supply personnel and/or run Installation and Maintenance projects for on and offshore Wind Farms across the globe. We are also heavily involved in the provision of Supervision and Quality services with continuous growth in all involved sectors.

We focused specifically on the supply of all site based staff. When I started, there were 12 Consultants in the office, when I left, the office was over 40 strong and in this time we achieved 13th place in the 'Times Fast Track 100'. I progressed from a Resourcer up to a Senior Consultant within 2 year. My duties then included marketing to clients, picking up live requirements, candidate acquisition, administration duties, client meetings and general day to day running of my desk.

My duties at Edmund Estate Agents included the day to day managing of our clients properties, including progressing the sale through to completion, managing viewings on their properties, negotiating offers and producing marketing particulars.
