Reporting to the President APAC & EMEA at Cantel Endoscopy I am responsible for all marketing activities across Europe including both a direct and indirect market approach. I have built and lead the European marketing group (12 direct reports) during our commercial expansion including product launches and changes in our market approach.
During a six month period I have lead and managed the commercial operations in the Benelux region on an interim basis. At this time the commercial team consisted of 5 account managers. In this period the Belgian business transitioned from a distributor business to a direct model, revenue increased with 17,5% over the same period a year earlier and sales opportunities pipeline more than doubled.
