As comfort- and foam developer at Audi’s headquarters, I am responsible for two B-Segment Projects, coordinating the technical specifications and releases, ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements and function of the component. Successfully building the statements and premises according release process, working closely with other TE departments and suppliers.

I worked on the project management, taking into consideration our consortium’s strategy, creation and coordination of technical specifications, merging the sub assemblies and functions into an overall product. Working closely with other TE departments, suppliers, and collaborating proactively in the SE-process.

Distinguished background in HR generalist affairs, taking part of the start of production of Audi Mexico, including experience in recruitment and retention, staff development, training, benefits and compensations and HR policies development.

Member of the 2nd generation of Audi Mexico’s EMA Program (Mexican Students in Germany). This program consist of an Internship in Audi AG and Audi Mexico during one semester. During the two internships, I was part of International Human Resources, supporting employees in assignments abroad, focused on the creation and implementation of the process to improve customer experience, before the start of production of Audi Mexico.
